We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Park Hudson Place.

Pet Policy

• No "aggressive" breeds allowed
• No weight limit
• 2 pets allowed in 1x1 & 3 pets allowed in 2x2, 3x3
• Non-refundable pet fee
• 1st pet $395, additional pets $150 each
• $20 pet rent per month
